summer buddies
With some domestic crisis happening halfway through our summer, I have relegated Nina in the care of my brother’s helpers, my ever-relaible Mom and to me it felt like (admittedly) the whole blue house family baby sat for me. While Kuya Diego and sweet Ate Louise kept my baby company, as i try and go about work abnormally with thoughts of guilt sneaking in once in a while. Although, Nina sometimes shook the whole house with some of her crying bouts - i know they have had some memorable times together and some terrible times too! Such are kids right?
Hello Ate Lu, are you reading this? Thank you for being patient with Nina, “your sister” as you fondly call her when the two of you are bati, hehe. And also for Diego, for keeping up with Nina’s sensitivity and energy. I miss hearing all your bickerings 3gether. Seeing you all spending afternoons in front of the computer, playing games. Eating pizza. Swimming. Your movie date with Nina too! Your endless stories, you’re all so talkative! And for spending one night here Ate! Come visit us here in the condo again.
